Delivery:

We deliver to all locations within Oman.

Delivery is normally within 1-3 business days.


Delivery Charges.

Delivery Charges are calculated and advised during checkout.


If Delivery charges are not advised during checkout, then the delivery charges are available through our online shipping calculator, delivery charges will be calculated manually and advised  and confirmed with the customer through email/whatsapp before shipment as per the following:


1- Small products like CPU, Graphics Card, SSDs, Keyboards, Mouse, Cables, software etc). The delivery cost is 2 OMR per item or a number of items in the same order. For orders of value more than 100 OMR, delivery is free. 

2. Large items like Cases, Monitors. Delivery Cost is 2 OMR per piece for majority of cases and monitors. Large and heavy cases and Monitors delivery costs ranges from 3 to 5 OMR per item.

3- Extra large/heavy items like Chairs and tables. The delivery cost ranges from 5 to 8 OMR per item.


Returns.


We accept returns as per the following conditions.


1- Returns are accepted within 7 days from shipment receipt by customer.

2- Actual shipping charges and return charges are to be borne by the customer.

3- Returns are accepted for items that have not been opened or used.

4- We reserve the right to charge administrative fee on returns of up to 5% of invoice value.

5- We reserve the right to charge for additional fee for returned items during volatile market.

7- Please send pre-authorized returns to our branch with the address Shop 1042, AlHail Square, Muscat. Contact: 99164556. Include a copy of invoice.



Returns are are not accepted in the following conditions.

1- Where the item box has been opened or used.

2- Assembled parts (e.g PC Builds and Fitted parts)


Damaged or Defected Items.

1- If an item is received with packing damaged, the customer has to report to the delivery agent immediately and inform ThaherTech in writing (email: info@thahertech.com) within 12 hours of receiving the item. Customer is advised not to accept delivery with signs of physical damage.

2- If any item is found defective, please contact our service team at info@thahertech.com


Refunds

1- Refunds will be issued as credit note for purchase from Thahertech.
